In partnership, we are illuminated in the foundational patterns that encode the way we exist and move through life. Within the context of conscious partnership, we are given a sacred mirror that gifts us the opportunity to access the deepest levels of healing, while nurturing exponential expansion of our Truth and our divine gifts.
Partner dynamics are karmically orchestrated to deepen connection, intimacy, and fulfillment within relationship through each individual’s commitment to working with the underlying energetics that contribute to the dynamics at play.
Living by Design: Couples reveals the hidden nature behind these karmic patterns in our lives: why they function as they do, the challenges they bring, and the perfection of their design to catalyze our greatest healing and expansion. Together, we will map and walk this sacred journey toward unleashing your highest potential and deepest connection together.
Structure
Living by Design: Couples is a private 18-week, high-touch immersion consisting of an opening ceremony followed by four, 4-week Arcs where we’ll dive deep into the transformational process, and ending with a final closing ceremony.
Each of the four Arcs is structured for the process to flow from awareness to embodiment. During our Group Sessions, we merge the explorations of your blueprints with the expression in your lived experience.

Opening Ceremony
Week 1
The four of us will gather for our opening ceremony. During this call, we’ll invoke and anchor the intention of our container, and orient our energy toward the journey ahead. We will introduce the modalities we’ll be working with and present a cohesive overview of the arc of Living by Design: Couples. We prepare the field for our immersion in support of the transformation process to unfold, empowering the field of potential.
Arc One – Awaken
Weeks 2-5 (4 Weeks)
In Arc One we meet the map.
Through a combination of modalities and practices, we’ll gain awareness and form connections to the underlying dynamics that live at the root of how you each move through the world and within your union.
We’ll dive into your individual “blueprints” through the lens of a profound archetypal system called the Gene Keys™. Using your birth information, we will pull your unique profiles and familiarize ourselves with the landscapes of your personal constitutions. We will explore in depth the energetics that are etched across the fabric of your lives and how they interplay in your partnership. With the map in hand, we’ll meet the emerging themes present in your lived experiences as individuals and as partners.
We’ll learn to cultivate connection with the cues that your soma (body), nervous system, mental and emotional fields are signaling, and meet these spaces with attuned creating pathways to unravel outdated patterns. Together, we will liberate and integrate your authentic expression in service of your individual Truth, and the deepening of intimacy in partnership.
Arc Two – Immerse
Weeks 6-9 (4 Weeks)
In Arc Two, we deepen.
Here we meet the tender spaces that lie at the root of all that we are working to transform in our container. You’ll learn the dynamics of your individual attachment styles, as well as the patterning that stems from your core wounds. These early imprints develop into the adaptations we made to best survive our environment and carry forward into adulthood, draining our life force and obstructing us from living in intimate connection with ourselves and one another.
In the exploration of your attachment styles and core wounds, you’ll each gain clarity on the personality traits, habits, patterns, and behaviors that have defined your way of being and how they play out in your partnership. We’ll bring awareness to illuminate the nature of these expressions and embrace their invitations into higher expressions of authenticity and love. You’ll be supported in moving out of outdated patterns, and into availability for deep presence and intimate connection.
Arc Three – Become
Weeks 10-13 (4 Weeks)
In Arc Three, we strengthen.
You can only meet your partnership at the depth to which you’ve met yourself. Working with the foundations set during the prior months, we allow for the roots to strengthen and make way for their flowering in the day-to-day. Here, we solidify the practices of deepened self-awareness and grounding it into your living embodiment. Greater depths of relational trust begin to emerge as you each grow in awareness and fluency in your individual processes, which opens powerful new pathways to connection, intimacy, presence and aliveness in your union!
You’ll leave Arc Three equipped with tools and practices that you can apply to every stage of your continuing evolution. You’ll grow your capacity to witness yourselves and each other more truthfully and compassionately.
Arc Four – Union
Weeks 13-17 (4 Weeks)
In Arc Four, we grow together.
Here we synthesize the maps, the tools, and the practices into a language that your inner worlds now speak, leveling up the way you move as individuals, and therefore unlocking new possibilities within your Union.
As we unravel old patterns, release trapped energy, and connect to our innermost authenticity, deepened emotional, spiritual, and physical intimacy become available. You will be equipped to recognize every challenge that emerges between you as an opportunity to be transformed into greater love.
Remember, Union is the ultimate spiritual dojo. Everything you touch into through the profound mirror that relationship provides ripples out to influence your entire life: business, family, friendships, prosperity, health, and so on.
The greatest moments of connection and intimacy naturally emerge when we are in deep relationship with our respective inner worlds and can invite the other to be in loving witness and support of that space. Intimacy, “in-to-me-see”, flows as we embody our true selves and compassionately serve and honor the Union for what it wants to be in its most exalted expression.
Closing Ceremony
Week 18
We close with a final session to reflect upon and integrate our journey together. We honor and celebrate your process and the expansion cultivated. Now, we invite the container’s field of transformation to come to a close, seal the energy, and welcome the forthcoming chapter to fully land the learnings into your life. As we transition out of our regular cadence, we invoke a final blessing to infuse the essence of this experience into your beings and the greater Union between you, that you may carry it forward within you as a sacred, empowering reminder of your devotion to embodying your highest potential.
